Defense Solutions Group Joint Venture (DSG JV)

Defense Solutions Group, LLC (DSG) is a Joint Venture (JV) established specifically for the provision of services under DISA's ENCORE III Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract. LightGrid, LLC (Managing Member) and Solutions By Design II, LLC (Financial Manager) is responsible for the Project Management Office (PMO) activities pertaining to the DISA ENCORE III Small Business Program for the JV. The JV was formed through a Contract Teaming Arrangement (CTA) comprised of 6 industry leading small business members that offer best-of-the-best capabilities across all the task areas, ensuring our ability to provide high caliber support services and adequate resources for surge requirements as well as multiple simultaneous tasks spanning across global locations.

ENCORE III is a 10-Year (awarded Sep 2018, receiving its notice to proceed for Mar 2019 - Mar 2029) $17.5 billion-dollar Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract vehicle designed for providing services ranging from engineering development to full sustainment. “One of the key advantages of leveraging the ENCORE III vehicle is that mission partners are able to team with us to determine the best acquisition strategy for their task,” said Steve Francoeur, ENCORE III Contracting Officer. “Together, we are able to determine whether a best-value-trade-off or lowest price technically acceptable approach fits the mission requirement.”
